The sequence commanded by God to be kept in the First month of the year from the First day, which is the New Year, until the Seventh day of the month is the process of the sanctification of the Church and of the nations through the Church. The Seventh day of the month is the Sanctification of the Simple and Erroneous (No. 291). It is a very important part of the sequence of the Sanctification of the Temple of God (No. 241). It was not kept in the Churches of God for several hundred years until it was restored in the Christian Churches of God through the Grace of God in the power of the Holy Spirit. We all sin and err but we repent and we go on to help and encourage each other. This day is commanded of God through the prophet Ezekiel (Ezek. 45:20).

God used the prophet Ezekiel to set up the structure so that we might understand what is required of us, and what significance it had so that we might understand the role we play in the process of the cleansing of Israel and the nations.

Ezekiel describes the Glory of Israel and the Restoration of the Last Days. From chapter 38 he describes Israel at rest and the situation that arises where Gog, the chief princes (perhaps princes of Rosh) of Meshech and Tubal and of the land of Magog have hooks put in their jaws and are brought up against Jerusalem with Persia, Ethiopia and Libya with them. This prophecy is a very interesting situation in the Last Days because it not only applies to the Slavs in Russia and the Central Steppes but also to the Celts who are sons of Gomer or the Gimirri or Cimmerians and these are the people of Western Europe. Thus there are two groups, one of which is the Western Nations of Europe that are mixed with the I and J Haplogroup Semites; so some of the tribes of Israel are also among these groups. Also the sons of Togarmah are present. Thus the entire Kings of the North and of the East are assembled in this sequence.

Hence, from this fact, the Eastern Celts and Slavs will attempt to destroy the nation when it is re-established. This northern power is going to be used to glorify the Lord.

In Ezekiel chapter 38 we see Gog identified as the leader of the Host of the northern nations. These are those north and east of Palestine and we may assume here also that we are dealing with the final armies of the King of the North and also the forces of the Kings of the East in the final sequence.

This event is future from Ezekiel chapters 38:8,14,16 and 39:9,25,26. It is immediately preceding the Millennium and is distinct from Revelation 20:8,10. Bullinger identifies it with Revelation 16:14; 17:14 and 19:17-21 (cf. Mat. 24:14-30; Zech. 12:1-4).

Gog is the land of Magog and is sometime symbolic of the nations as a whole. The name is connected symbolically with Og (Deut. 3:1-3), Agag (Num. 24:7). The Samaritan Pentateuch reads Agog and the Septuagint reads Gog and here the Arabic reads Agag.

As we know from the Bible texts the Agagites were of the tribe of Amalek. The descendants also included Haman the Agagite in the Book of Esther (see also Commentary on Esther (No. 063)). Magog was a son of Japheth and so we are dealing with the symbolic representation of all that is opposed to the Bible structure and the Hebrew system of God. These nations have their seat in the North and the centre of their symbolic power is Gog.

The text in verse 15 also is held to refer to the Passengers by Knox, but it is a mighty host with Gog.

The Lord will cause the nations of Israel and its people to shake and they will know that He is the Lord (Ezek. 38:23). However, all of the North and West will not escape and they also comprise Israel as the Hittite alliance of old.

God will bring Gog from the North and leave only the sixth part of them alive (Ezek. 39:1-2). They will attack Israel and fall in the open field. God will also send a fire on Magog and all them that dwell carelessly in the Isles (v.6). He will make His Holy Name known in the midst of Israel and they will not be allowed to pollute His Holy Name any more. Thus we are looking at the restoration of true religion as the final result of this war. The false faiths of the northern systems will be destroyed along with those of the nations in alliance. That includes also the Islamic nations we see mentioned as being allied with these northern powers. Thus the end casualties of these systems are the entire Trinitarian systems, Hadithic Islam as we see it now, and also Atheism and Humanism following on from the Communist systems. Rabbinical Judaism will also be removed with its traditions that have kept Judaism from the Faith for two millennia.

Those systems will ALL be destroyed in this war. This is World War III.

They will bury the dead in the valley of Hamonah or Hamon-Gog and burn their refuse for seven years. The energy derived from these war machines will supply the power for seven years. These will not only be nuclear, they will also be vehicle mounted laser weapons and equipment that involves new technology not as yet properly deployed.

It will take seven months to bury the dead and the refuse and the land will be cleansed. After the seven months, permanent staff will be employed to cleanse the land continually (Ezek. 39:11-16). Then God will bring again the captivity of Jacob and they will return to Israel (v. 25). He will not hide His face from them any more and He will pour out His Spirit on the whole house of Israel (v. 29).

The time referred to is thus the end time immediately prior and leading to the Millennium. We are looking at the conversion of the whole house of Israel from their traditions into the faith of the One True God under Messiah.

The alliances of the wars of the end are forming now. Some are already in existence and have been for some time. The conflict has already started and will escalate as the demons associated with Gog foment the divisions and conflict. Remember that Og was originally of the Rephaim or the Nephilim associated with the demons and their system (see The Nephilim (No. 154)).

We can now watch Iran or Persia moving to consolidate nuclear power. The USA is now trying to establish diplomatic relations with Iran but the leaders and administrations of each nation see themselves as apocalyptic protagonists in this event, which indeed they are as we will see.

Russia, which is the major composite group of the alliance of the princes of Meshech and Tubal, is assisting them at present to obtain missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads.

The Sons of Japheth and their alliances

Originally these people of Meshech had moved far south into Cappadocia and that was where they were contained by David within the Hittite Alliance formed between Israel and the Celts after the fall of Troy in 1054 when Eli was judge in Israel. Saul became king in Israel after the death of Eli in 1053 BCE. He ruled for forty years and David succeeded him in 1013 ruling for seven years at Hebron and 33 years in Jerusalem, which he entered in 1005 BCE.

According to the chronology advanced by the Catholic Encyclopaedia (1907-1912) and earlier writers, David was born ca. 1085 and reigned from 1055 to 1015 BCE. Recent writers at that time, and later, have been induced by the Assyrian inscriptions to date his reign from 30 to 50 years later. The recent determinations regard the fall of Troy in 1054. Various histories date that as being at the end of Eli’s reign as Judge in Israel.

There is dispute as to the details of the Irish and British history. Geoffry of Monmouth and Abbe MacGeoghegan both give differing accounts for the peopling of Britain; Geoffry gives account of Briotus, or Brutus, a Trojan and descendant also of Aneas (according to MacGeoghegan cf. MacGeoghegan and Mitchell, History of Ireland, 1867, pp. 54-62).

Geoffry says that they came from Troy via Africa and met up in North Africa with another group, which we now equate with the Dumnoniae of Cornwall, originally of both Devon (from Dumnon) and Cornwall.

However, MacGeohegan claims Britain is derived from Briotus who came from Ireland and peopled Britain from there. He considers it of little importance if the Scoto-Milesians were from Magog as they claim or from Gomer from whose posterity Gaul, Germany and other countries of the North have been peopled (ibid. p. 62). His view is essentially correct, as they are both R1b YDNA. We are now able to determine the family divisions of these people.

The fall of Troy saw the Riphathian Celts (sons of Riphath, son of Gomer) move into Britain via Africa and Spain. These people became the R1b Celts or Cimmerians we know now as the Welsh and the Cornish and also the Celts of Brittany in France and the Belgae or Belgians we now associate with Belgium but who went into Ireland and Britain fairly early. These people are of the Atlantic Modal Haplotype (AMH) (see below).

MacGeoghegan allows that they all were originally Scythians and termed themselves Iberians from the area on the Euxene Sea and for which they named the area of what is now Spain.

The Francs are related to the Riphathian Celts of Wales and Cornwall, coming in from the Middle East much later. They were reportedly ruled by the descendants of Hector son of Priam who was killed at Troy by Achilles. The rulership of the Riphathian and Salien Franks was by the kings of the Cimmerians dating from Antenor 1 in ca. 500 BCE. Charles, Prince of Wales, is a descendant of Antenor 1 through Charlemagne. The Francs named their capital Paris after the slayer of Achilles; and their other early centre they named Troyes, after Troy, the capital of Wilusia.

The Welsh call themselves Cimmery or Kimry people to this day.

The sons of Paris and his subjects formed the tribe of the Parisii for whom they were named. They also entered and settled in England in the area of Yorkshire and south. These sons of Riphath subjugated the sons of Magog they found in Britain. They also defeated the Huns who invaded Britain in the tenth century BCE. They were defeated at the battle of the Humber River, which was so named after Humber, king of the Huns, who was killed there.

The Huns retreated via Northern Europe where they had defeated the tribes in what is now Germany on the way over to Britain and had taken a princess hostage. Their route home was further north and may have resulted in the early colonisation of Scandinavia. The Haplogroup N variations of the Finns, who are Magyar people linguistically, probably originates from this movement.

The early inhabitants of Ireland were the Nemedians and then the Formorians, Firbolgs or leather people and the Tuatha De Danaan.

The other sons of Magog were the Scythians who we now know as the Milesians. They entered Ireland very late (some accounts are ca. 500 BCE) and Scotland later again at the end of the fifth century CE via Ireland.

The early descendants came from Spain and were listed as Gadelians, the descendants of Gaodhal, sixth from Japheth (op. cit). The Gadelians were from the Scythians who extended from the Boristhenes to the Massagetae (Greater Gothic Horde) and from the Saces (hence Scythians) to the Caspian Sea. They were nomads (op. cit. p. 61).

Genetically we can identify them as sons of Gomer and of Magog. The YDNA variations show that the Ashkenazi Jews are more R1a1 than R1b and hence the variations must have occurred after the divisions of the tribal groups.

52% of all Ashkenazi Levites are sons of Gomer. Thus the prophecies regarding Gomer have direct relevance to Israel today.

An ancient RxR1 YDNA variety is found in Africa in Cameroon. It may have originated with tribal movements of the Japhethite tribes into Africa, either from the East when the Australian Aboriginal RxR1 groups left for Australia following the Cushite Hg. C nomads before them, or even as late as the Vandals who invaded North Africa from Spain and were later defeated.

Ireland

The first colony in Ireland was commanded by Partholan, who was of the ancient line of the Greeks before that land of Greece was invaded and populated by the E3b sons of Ham from Africa. The second colony was commanded by Nemedius, who fought well to consolidate his colony. However, the Formorians invaded and defeated Nemedius in Cork and took over Ireland (ibid. p. 54).

The Firbolgs are identified by MacGeoghegan as the Belgians and there was a tribe of Belgae in Britain. The Formorians were either defeated, or deserted the land and the Firbolgs took possession of it.

They were replaced by the Tuatha De Danaan, the descendants of Nemedius who returned to Ireland through Germany and via Norway and Denmark (MacGeoghegan ibid., p. 55). MacGeoghegan claims that they brought the Lia Fail (lat. saxum-fatale) with them from Denmark and it was this stone that gave the name of Innisfail to Ireland.

He also claims that they may have been descended from the Dumnoniae of Cornwall. He states that they were descended from Jobath grandson of Nemedius who led a part of the colony into northern Germany from Ireland originally (ibid. p. 55). Thus the original settlers of Ireland were an alliance of ancient Greeks and Tuatha de Danaan or Tribe of the Danites, who were sons of Nemedius. These were the early seafaring Danites allied with the ancient sea kings.

MacGeoghegan also claims that Briotan Maul, grandson of Nemedius by Feargus, established himself with his tribe in Britain, which according to the Psalter of Cashel was called according to his name and they reportedly settled there as Britons. MacGeoghegan says that this is at least as credible as the account by Geoffry of Monmouth. This would account for the I Haplogroup (Isles subclade) distribution among the R1b Picts in Scotland. They did not come from Norway and are almost exclusive to the British Isles. The Picts were also early settlers in Britain virtually a millennia before the Scots.

At the same time, either by the defeat or the departure of the Formorians, another group of 5000 men came in and divided Ireland into a Pentarchy with Slaingey governor of Leinster chief of the Pentarchy of Slaingey, Rory (Rughruighe), Gan, Gannan, and Sengan all children of Dela of the race of the Nemedians. The people were then known by three different names: Gallenians, Damnonians, and Belgians. They ruled for eighty years under nine kings, the last of which was Eogha. He married the daughter of a Spanish prince. She was buried at Tailton in Meath, which was named after her.

The Belgians or Belgiae were located nearest the Dumnonians in England also and it is likely that the three names were indicative of an alliance of the three tribes who moved from Europe to England and on to Ireland. The Gallenians were seemingly Gauls hence also Galatians. However, it is likely that through the Nemedians under the Tuatha de Danaan groups that we see the Haplogroup I intrude along with the R1b (AMH) of the Celts. This group came from Denmark much earlier than the later R1b Danes of the Parthian Horde (the later Danes were DYS 390/391 23/11, and there are two I groups in Denmark also which differ, one being the Anglo Saxon type, see below). The movement might also have been with the Huns or even prior to them from the shipping groups in the second Millennium BCE. There were extensive amber and trading systems in the Baltic at that time.

It was from this time that the Tuatha de Danaan descended on Ireland under Nuagha Airiodlamh who defeated the Firbolgs under Eogha in County Mayo. The Firbolgs were driven out and sought refuge in the islands of the North (ibid. p. 55). These people who settled in the Isles were R1b. Also, as we noted, there is the subclade of I1b2a–Isles and this Haplogroup is found almost exclusively in the British Isles and heavily in Scotland. It is not Norwegian Viking. The same I Haplogroup is found among the Basques. It appears that it definitely did not come from Scandinavia but rather the Tuatha De Danaan came in from the Middle East to Spain and some remained among the Basques. The major element went on to Ireland and from there went to Scotland and the Isles. They are found among the Picts also, so they must have gone there before the Scots moved from Ireland to Alba, as Scotland was called before Niall of the Nine Hostages renamed it. They did not come in from Europe with the Scots or the Milesians. The significance of the tribe of Dan as the Tuatha de Danaan is that it is not confined to Ireland as many of the British Israelites thought. This group is concentrated in Scotland also with smaller numbers in the Welsh, with some in England and perhaps among the Basques. From Revelation chapter 7 we see that Dan and Ephraim cease to exist as separate entities and the composite Joseph remerges but this time without Manasseh who is separate.

The Islands are those of the coasts of Scotland as it was not for some centuries that any colonisation of Thule or Iceland was made.

The Milesians came via Spain to Ireland and a sub-tribe entered England from Spain and became known as the Brigantes. They settled in West England in what is now roughly the area of Lancashire.

The Irish, up until the Milesians, entered ca 500 BCE as we see above and were comprised of three groups called the Formorians, the Firbolgs or Leather people and the Tuatha de Danaan or Tribe of the Danites.

The Milesians we know definitely were R1b Celts and we have their genealogies and their DNA to match those genealogies. These Celts accord with the other Celt R1b YDNA sequences but differ according to regions and tribes.

The major determinant factor in the R1b Celt Haplogroups in West Europe is found in the R1b1 Haplogroup divisions. Four subclades of R1b are derived from the repeats of the DYS markers 390 and 391.

The Atlantic Modal Haplotype (AMH), which has a value of 24/11 for 390/391, is found on the Atlantic coast from Spain to Scotland. These Celts are those older inhabitants of Europe and descend from Japheth through the earlier divisions and are found among the Basques.

The Anglo Saxons came into Britain from after the Roman occupation in Britain in 410 CE and before the Norman Conquest. Anglo Saxons have both R1b and I Haplogroups. The R1b (R1b1) subclade of the Anglo Saxons is distinguished by the DYS 390 and 391 markers that have values of 23/11. These values are found in NW Europe among the other nations of the Horde that established itself there in Flanders (Belgium), Netherlands, NW Germany and Denmark. The Fris and the Anglo-Saxons both share this identifying marker among others. They and the Saxons of Germany are virtually the same people.

The other subclades of R1b are repeats of 24/10, which are found throughout Europe and repeats of 23/10 which are found in SE Germany and into Austria. Thus they are all from different lineages of the Celts or sons of Gomer that came originally from Scythia and Parthia.

The Haplogroup I variants that are found among the Anglo-Saxons of I1a are I1a AS (1-8). I1a AS is the most common variant of the I1 Haplogroup and is named because it is found where the Anglo Saxons originally settled in their move in from the Middle East. It drops off as we move into South East Germany and beyond. It is probable that the variants of this Haplogroup mark the ancestral determinations of some of the ten tribes. These nations are invariably interlinked with the Hittite Celts as described above. The AMH is an earlier group distinct from the Anglo Saxons who had distinctive markers on both R1b1 and I1a AS.

The determination of Isles I1a AS to the Danish versus the German ancestral accounts on the continent will yield more information. The I1a- (Norse) is the most populous form found in Sweden and Denmark and is close second in Norway. It is found in only small quantities in Continental Europe south of the Baltic and North Seas and takes second place to I1a –AS in Denmark. Hence the I groups mix in Denmark but the Danes are predominantly Anglo Saxon types (see the paper Population Varieties within Y-Haplogroup I and their Extended Modal Haplotypes (and also R1b Varieties) by Ken Nordtvedt on www.northwestanalysis.net)

I1a uN (ultra Norse) reaches its peak in Norway. It differs from I1a Norse by a shift at DYS 385b from 14 to 15. It also splits into two varieties based on the DYS 461 repeat value. I1a uN1 has modals 12, 28 at DYS 461 and 449, which is common to most of I1a. I1a uN2 has 11, 29 repeats at DYS 461 and 449 and is more strongly associated with Norway over Sweden and Denmark. These divisions may have occurred after the Great Migration period in Scandinavia from the third and fourth century CE.

I1a1 (old I1a4), is a small subclade of I1a found in about 10% of I1a from Eastern Europe.

I1b1 Din (Dinaric) takes its name from a mountain range in the Balkans near where it is most prolific. It has also spread through much of Eastern Europe.

I1b1 –West (Western) is a variety of (old) I1b, P37.2 + is found in prolific amounts across Germany’s Baltic and North Sea Coastal areas and then spreads into the British Isles. It is notably identified by 15 repeats DYS 388 instead of the usual 13 repeats of Dinaric I1b1. This variety was also recently found in Estonia.

I1b1-Isles is a recently discovered variety of I1b1, which seems to reside mainly in the British Isles. Identification markers are DYS 385, 463, and 464.

I1b1a (old) I1b2, a subclade of I1b1 M26+ is a large percentage of the population of Sardinia and spreads into Iberia. It is not found in any significance in the North of Europe.

I1b2a – Cont (Continental) (old I1c) is the main variety of I1b2a. It is most dense in NW Germany, Netherlands and up into Denmark and some in Southern Sweden and Norway.

A significant amount is found also in the British Isles from the Germanic and Scandinavia immigrants/invaders.

I1b2a-Root is an unusual variety of I1b2a that spreads from Italy and Iberia up into Denmark and splits into two varieties based on four of the markers.

I1b2* is another variety that is found from Italy and Iberia up into Denmark and also splits into two varieties based mainly on the Marker DYS 448.

I1b* (old I1(y) is a small variety within the tree and is 10/10 DYS 459a,b as one of its modal features and 19.19 or 19.21 at YCA11a,b and 12,29 at DYS389i,ii.

It is considered that the varieties of these I Haplogroup subclades will determine the Hebrew people and the R1a and R1b divisions will determine the branches of the Hittite alliance formed within Scythia and Parthia and the Steppes progressively into Europe.

The Colonisation of Europe from the Middle East and Scythia

Israel went into captivity under the Assyrians ca 720 BCE and was taken into the North into what became Parthia and Scythia. There they forged a union with the Celtic people who formed the northern Hittites.

There were members of the Hittite and Scythian horde that moved after the fall of Troy into Europe and Britain and Ireland and elsewhere in Europe.

Under Odin, and after their defeat by the Persians in Parthia in the second century of the current era, the Parthian and part of the Scythian horde moved into NW Europe and established a number of nations including the Anglo-Saxons, Jutes, Fris and Dutch, Saxons of Germany, Danes, Norwegians and some of the Swedes, Lombards, Goths, Suevi, Dalmatians, Vandals and others. They established the nations of Western Europe, from Spain and Portugal to Denmark and Norway across to Britain and Thule (Iceland) and Greenland.

The Slavs were to move in last and thus the division is of West Europe under the R1b sons of Japheth and East Europe under the R1a sons of Japtheth all of whom are mixed with the Hebrew Semites and the sons of Asshur.

The Slavs of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal are all R1a, R1a1, Slavs and Scandinavians. The Russian kingdom was established by the Varangian Russ of Scandinavia who established kingdoms based on Kiev and Novgorod from 850-950 CE.

From Scythia to Ireland

The Nemedians are the progenitors of the Tuatha de Danaan. The timing of the occupation of Ireland is of interest.

MacGeoghegan, reporting the ancient histories, says that Fenius Farsa, king of the Scythians, had two sons, Nenual being the elder and heir to the crown. The second was Niul who had become learned in the languages multiplied from the confusion at the tower of Babel. Niul made a voyage into Egypt where he married Scota daughter of the Pharaoh (Cincris) of Egypt and established himself in the land of Capacirunt on the borders of the Red Sea. Niul had a son, Gaodhal, by Scota. He was allegedly bitten by a serpent and presented to Moses at the time of the Exodus. The bite turned green and the mark earned him the name Gaodhal-Glas or Gadelas (glas meaning green in the Scottish language so named after Scota his mother).

They were thus part of the mixed multitude in the Exodus. The Milesian genealogies appear to make this claim also. They settled on the area of Egypt allotted to them by Pharaoh for his daughter’s progeny. After three generations they were attacked by the Egyptians under Pharaoh-En-Tuir and were thus forced to move under their leader Sur, son of Easur, son of Gaodhal, to Crete where Sur died and was succeeded by his son Eibher, otherwise known as Heber-Scot (MacGeoghegan ibid, pp. 56-57).

Heber-Scot moved from there to the River Tanais in Scythia via the Aegean and Euxine seas. They lived there for four generations among the Scythians under Agnamon, Tait, Adnoin and Lamphion.

The Scythians were as far spread as the Uigur Autonomous region of what is now China in the second millennium BCE. We have found their mummies and tartan kilts, many similar to Scottish hunting tartans, well preserved.

The Gadelians were suspected and persecuted and sought refuge among the Amazons under Adnoin and departed under his son Lamphion for Gaethluighe. Some think this to be Gothia but according to O’Flaherty it is Getulia in Africa, where they remained for eight generations under eight kings, being the descendants of Lamphion; the last being Bille father of Gallamh or Mileag-Espaine (in Latin) called Milesius, who was ancestor of the Milesians or the ancient Irish. We now know that the Amazons were married women of the Scythian tribes who fought with their men from horseback.

Milesius returned for a short time to Scythia where he was received by Riffloir, the king descended from Fenius-Farsa through the elder son Nunnual. He appointed him general and gave him his daughter Seaug in marriage by whom he had two sons, Donn and Aireach surnamed Feabhrua. On the death of his wife, and on falling out with his father-in-law, he left with the boys and his troop of Gadelians for Egypt where he received command of the force engaged in the war with the Ethiopians.

He also was given a wife of Pharaoh Nectonibus, also named Scota, by whom he had two sons, Heber-Fionn and Amhergin. In that time he had twelve young men educated in the arts and sciences for the return to Spain. After seven years in Egypt he returned to Spain. After a great drought of several years the Gadelians left for Ireland.

Thus we see the links and the connections between the Scythians and the Irish and Scots. The languages of P and Q Brythonic are different but they are historically related to the biblical personalities of Gomer and Magog.

Given the time frame we are also able to identify another YDNA link that appears to be the Nemedian or Tuatha De Danaan. The Milesian Irish have a basic YDNA structure of R1b, which is common to the Celts. It also has a YDNA Haplogroup that is I and appears to be of Semitic origin as we can see from the paper Genetic Origin of the Nations (No. 265).

This same Haplogroup is also present in the Anglo Saxons and the Europeans generally in levels of up to 40% as we see in the Croats and the Norwegians also. Both these nations however have a major Slavic Haplogroup of R1a rather than the Celtic R1b, which is nevertheless present in both groups.

By looking at the histories and the DNA structure we are able to piece together the movement of the tribes and make connections that would otherwise be impossible.

How would this Semitic Hg. I get into the Europeans? The answer can be found in the pages of the Bible.

There were the sons of Keturah who moved into the North before the Exodus and who also became the Spartan Greeks as we know from Josephus. These people were the people who moved on into Ireland and part of this group may have formed the groups of the Nemedians or the Tuatha De Danaan. The Tuatha De Danaan are thought to have been associated with the Greeks and it is possible that the Danites associated with the sons of Keturah and they account for the I Haplogroup and also some of the J Haplogroup of the Greeks. The E3b is a later intrusion from the Phoenician Canaanites and from Africa.

These people also came in waves from the Middle East. The Croats are also very high in the I Haplogroup and as high as the Scandinavians in percentages. Thus throughout the Balkans we have a high I Hg. population from different sources but having much in common ancestrally.

The Hittite Alliance

From early in King David’s career he established alliances with the northern kingdoms of Tyre and Sidon and also with the Hittites who were both sons of Riphath and sons of Magog. They were weakened by the loss of the Wilusian kingdom whose capital was at Troy. Thus the sons of Ashkenaz were exposed to Israel at this time and Israelites joined them and later converted them.

Both the sons of Askenaz and the sons of Riphath and the sons of Togarmah are all sons of Gomer. Yet Magog also has R1b. Hence the divisions of R1a and R1b occurred after the tribes had split. Some became R1a and some R1b. The sons of Ashkenaz became R1a or else the R1a groups called themselves Ashkenazi even though they were Slavic, which is very possible from their Khazar exposure.

Saul consolidated the area of Israel but David expanded it to the Euphrates. He was in Cappadocia and north of there into Scythia amongst Meshech and Tubal at the beginning of the eleventh century BCE. We know this from the Psalms (Ps. 120:5).

Now there were two Meshechs in the Bible. One was a son of Japheth the other was son of Aram, son of Shem, living in Syria. It is possible that David was in Syria among the sons of Meshech, son of Aram, which had identified with the sons of Kedar.

The composite Meshech and Tubal identifies the sons of Japheth and not the son of Aram.

The area of Cappadocia in Turkey which was taken over by Meshech millennia ago was originally called Kus after Cush the son of Ham and father of Nimrod. The king of the Hittite empire had his capital there and the Babylonians referred to him as King of Kus.

The Hittite empire was divided into the northern and southern divisions. They were comprised of the sons of Ham and the sons of Japheth both of Gomer and Magog and Madai or the Medes, and the trading alliances with them based on and with Sidon, and also the sons of Heth. Homer, in the Iliad, says that the Trojan host spoke many languages.

The inhabitants of Tyre and Lebanon were to become K2 YDNA descendants of the sea alliances of the sons of Japheth (sons of Javan Tarshish and Elisha, and Kittim and Dodanim or Rhodanim). These were not of the sons of Heth and we see them in the descendants of Lebanon and of Malta today.

The First Resurrection

In chapter 37 Ezekiel talks of the Valley of Dry Bones.

The whole House of Israel is cut off and yet God resurrects His people. The House of Israel is the Church, which is the vineyard of the Lord (Isa. 5:7) and the Church appears to be dead.

Once this resurrection occurs then the heathen will know that God sanctifies Israel and His sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.

In the sequence it appears that the Resurrection of the Dead precedes the Battles of Magog and the associated nations in the War of Hammon-Gog. The fact is that they overlap and the battles go on after the resurrection of the body of Christ, which is the House of Israel.

This activity is in the Last Days and it involves the sequence of warfare that is commenced by the actions of Mesech and Tubal but involves many nations including the host of Gomer with the sons of Elam or Persia, and then those of Ethiopia and Libya who are the sons of Ham.

The people mentioned of Gomer are of the North Quarters, and Togarmah is specifically mentioned as coming, but Gomer is mentioned first. There is thus a distinction in the host of Gomer where Ashkenaz and Riphath are distinct from Togarmah who is mentioned separately. When we understand who these nations are in modern terms we can see that they are on opposite sides of these battles.

The battles occur in the Last Days after the nation of Israel is restored and the lands are reclaimed from wastelands and re-forested.

From our current knowledge of the tribes of Gomer and the Hebrews, including the nation of Israel, the sons of Ashkenaz and Riphath are in Israel as Jews, and their allies in the armies in Iraq and Afghanistan.

They are opposed by Elamite Persia or Iran and the Arab alliance including Libya and Ethiopia comprising the Sudan. Iran is arming at present with nuclear weapons. The comments in chapter 38 show that God will bring the massed Northern Armies down against Israel to show the nations that God is sanctified by the destruction of the Armies of Gog.

The results will be pestilence and blood and natural calamities. Thus the nations will see the pestilence of disease and parasites and also diseases of the blood and the consequences of illness magnified.

In chapter 39, we see that it is Gog of Meshech and Tubal that are turned back and only a sixth part of them is left alive. They will be brought down and will fall on the mountains of Israel. That means that the armies of the Alliance have to be reorganised and withdrawn to Israel through Syria and Jordan.

Ezekiel chapter 32 shows that Egypt is joined with this host of Meshech and Tubal and the remnant of Edom. Now Edom is divided in two parts. The one part is in Israel as a part of Judah and the other in the coasts of the Mediterranean where it was part of the Phoenician alliance. Also the Sidonians of Lebanon are with her and Elamites or Persians are also brought down and put with her. Thus we are seeing the Islamic Alliance based on the oil producing nations of Iran, Libya and the Sudan in alliance with Egypt and the kings of the North.

Ezekiel chapter 30 says that the Day of the Lord shall comprise the fall of the nations of Egypt, Ethiopia and then Libya and Lydia, which is in Turkey and all the mingled people and Chub (either Mauritania or Cobe in Ethiopia).

In Ezekiel chapter 26 and 27 we see the prophecies against the prince or King of Tyre and Nebuchadrezzar are brought against them. This word is spelled this way four times by Ezekiel and also by Jeremiah. It is spelled Nebuchadnezzar by Bersosus the Chaldean from the inscriptions on the monuments. Nebuchadnezzar is once called the appointed servant of the Lord in Daniel chapter 8. The r spelling may be symbolic that the king of Babylon is not God’s servant in this context.

The problems in Ezekiel show that we are dealing with type and antitype, and the actions of the times of the invasions of the Babylonians and the northern empires under Cambyses, who acted in fulfilment of these prophecies, are completed again by others of the Northern Armies, and these result in the destruction of Egypt and the laying waste of her cities (see the paper The Fall of Egypt: the Prophecy of Pharaoh’s Broken Arms (No. 036)).

Measuring the Temple as part of the wars of the end

In chapter 40, Ezekiel was given a vision of the measuring of the Temple. He measured the inner chambers from the gates and the inner court (Ezek. 40:1-23). He then measured the outer court (Ezek. 40:24-34). He then measured the North Gate to where the offerings were washed and prepared (vv. 35-39, 40-43).

Outside of the Inner Gate were the chambers of the singers of the inner court, which was at the side of the North Gate looking South, which was for the priest who was the keeper of the charges of the house (v. 45). The chambers looking north were for the priests who were the keepers of the charge of the altar. These were to be of the sons of Zadok and the sons of Levi (v. 46). Thus in these Last Days we are to see the conversion of the sons of Levi and through Zadok. They are to be measured and prepared for their conversion. Then he measured the porch.

From chapter 41, Ezekiel deals with the measuring of the Temple. This sequence has two functions. It describes the symbolic basis of the Temple of the Restoration, but it also described the spiritual actions of the Temple of God, which Temple we are.

In this chapter he describes the cherubim as they stand on either side of the palm trees, which symbolize Jesus Christ. These are the two elohim that replace Satan and the Aeon, namely Abraham and Moses, the two mentioned as Elohim in Scripture.

In chapter 42 he measured the inner house and there the priests ate of the most holy things. This shows the function of the Spirit in revealing to the elect within the Temple the mysteries of God as they are revealed to the elect on a progressive basis.

In chapter 43 we read of the vision of the glory of the Lord that came by way of the East Gate. This vision was as he had seen at the river Chebar. Thus the glory of the Lord that appeared to Ezekiel then was the vision he saw in the Last Days and the restoration of the Temple, and was the being that entered it from the gate of the Prince, which is the East Gate. This is the Messiah, and thus the Messiah was the Angel of the Lord, the Cherubim that spoke with Ezekiel. In Ezekiel 43:7 he identifies the son of Man and the fact that this place was to be holy and it was to be no more defiled by the behaviour of the people in burying the carcasses of their kings and defiling the Holy Place by whoredom, which is spiritual prostitution, which is idolatry, and deceit and false worship. God then commands that they put away their sin and evil-doing and obey Him.

He then establishes the Law of the House, which is the Law of God as exercised by the prophets and as defined by Christ and the Apostles. The Law is Most Holy and rests on the top of the mountain (Ezek. 43:12).

From this time the ordinances of the altar are established. The Priest of Zadok will continue with the offerings of the restoration. Zadok means the righteous and it is in righteousness that the restoration will be completed as holy to the Lord. It will be for seven days that they will purge the altar with offerings and consecrate themselves and on the eighth day they will offer their burnt offerings on the altar and God will accept His people, so says the Lord God (Ezek. 44:26-27).

In chapter 44, Ezekiel was told that the prince would enter by the East Gate and that the Bread of the Sanctuary would be eaten there. The North Gate gave entrance for the host and the Glory of the Lord filled the sanctuary. God told Ezekiel to mark it well, the ordinance of the House and the laws thereof. In Ezekiel 44:6-7 he says, “And you shall say to the rebellious even to the house of Israel: Thus saith the Lord God: O ye house of Israel, let it suffice you of all your abominations. In that you have brought into my sanctuary strangers uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood and ye have broken my covenant because of all your abominations.”

Thus the rebellious of the House of Israel, which in this case is in and associated with the Temple of God, are to abide by the ordinances and the Laws of the House and they are sanctified on the eighth day by the intervention of the priesthood who are the elect of God. These people pollute the elect and the Temple as the Church of God. No person shall enter the Temple of God as the Sanctuary being unrepentant, and the Levites that have gone away from God will bear their iniquity. That applies to the priesthood of the elect and they will bear their iniquity. They have not kept the charge of the Holy things but set keepers in charge for their own pleasure. These are they that obstruct the work of the Lord and retain the offerings of God rather than preach the gospel of the Kingdom of God so that the body of Christ might be called and educated (v. 8).

Ministers shall be set in the House to minister to the people and the ministers that depart from their duty will bear their iniquity. They will not come near to the Lord. They shall be keepers of the charge of the house but never near the Lord God. The righteous that kept the charges of the Sanctuary will come near to minister to the Lord God (v. 15).

These are they of the inner court who are clothed in white linen. When they go out to the people they will change and not sanctify the people with their white linen garments. Thus these are the elect of the 144,000 that are the inner ministry of God. “And they shall teach my people the difference between the Holy and the profane and cause them to discern between the clean and the unclean and in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep My laws and My statutes, in all My assemblies and they shall hallow my Sabbaths” (Ezek. 44:23-24).

This priesthood, which is of the latter days and is of the order of Melchisedek, is entitled to the tithe and that is their inheritance in Israel (Ezek. 44:8ff.).

When the land is divided by lot there is to be a holy portion for the Lord. There is to be a sanctuary divided off which is holy for the Lord in each portion (Ezek. 45:1ff.). There the priests and ministers shall live and minister to the people (v. 4). The Holy portions shall be for the whole house of Israel. The prince shall retain his possession in the opposite side to the holy place (v.70 and there is to be no oppression in Israel.

The leaders of Israel are to execute justice and just balances and they are to receive a Terumah levy to provide meat on the Sabbaths and the New Moons and the Holy Days and Feasts (Ezek. 45:9-17).

In the First of the First month the cleansing of the Sanctuary begins. This period of the Sanctification (Ezek. 45:18-19) culminates in the Sanctification of the Simple and the Erroneous on the Seventh day of the First Month, Abib. The people that are sanctified in this process of the seven days are then able to stand before the Lord. This is the fast of the Seventh of Abib. On the Eighth day God says He will hear us and accept the offerings of the people. From then on the process of the Sabbaths of the Lord continues through all the Feasts of the year until Tabernacles.

Thus we see that the process above is one of selection and exclusion on a number of grounds. Those of us not excluded are the means by which the Temple is sanctified.

The Temple is being cleansed now on a continual basis. Those of us that made it to this point are to be congratulated. We have shown the characteristics of spiritual discernment and loyalty and the ability to stand for the faith. It is those people who comprise the Church of God that stand before the throne of grace in honour and approved of God through the testimony of Jesus Christ.

The process is pushing on now to the war of this text and we are to prepare the Temple and the Church to survive.

We proceed now to the next Sabbath which is the equivalent of 7 Abib, the sanctification for the Simple and Erroneous – those people who are not clever enough to see through the wiles of this world and Satan’s deceptions. Also we fast for and sanctify those that err either through the information they are given or the wrong deductions and actions they themselves make. In that Sabbath we will also move to the clearer education of the world. The human race will be confronted with the reality of their condition.

The Sequence of the War

Over the period of the War of the Last Days we will virtually destroy the earth. The text says that fire will rain down on the people of the isles who are dwelling carelessly. This refers to the coastlands or isles far off. It is not just referring to the islands in the eastern Mediterranean.

We might thus deduce that we will see nuclear or laser wars or both.

The ancient Hittite and Israelite alliance is still active and enshrined in the movement of the tribes from the Middle East into Europe. From contrived circumstances that alliance moved itself into Afghanistan and the former Soviet states and later they invaded Iraq. That was foretold in the paper The Last Thirty Years: the Final Struggle (No. 219).

That paper was issued in 1997 at the start of the Last Thirty Years. In 2001 we were into Afghanistan and then on into Iraq as stated in the paper and as stated on the tapes.

These conflicts will continue to escalate now until these nations are all in conflict and then brought down to the Middle East.

The inherent tension between Europe and Russia will be brought to a head using the nations east and west of the Caucasus. The war will escalate until it forces intervention. Europe will take more and more control of the Middle East until they occupy it and Christ intervenes.

The intervention of Christ will see the First Resurrection and the installation of the Saints as the new government of God on this earth. In other words, using ancient terminology, the sons of Gomer and the sons of Arphaxad down to and including the nations of Israel will consolidate in the Middle East and come into conflict with the sons of Meshech and Tubal and the hordes of Togarmah, and Elam and the sons of Ham in Egypt, Libya and Ethiopia and Somalia.

The Middle East will become the focal point of this war of the Last Days using oil as an excuse to bring the world to the verge of extinction.

The Two Witnesses (see No. 135) will commence to preach in that last phase and at the end of the 1263.5 days the end will come and the First Resurrection will take place.

The prophet Daniel foretold the problems of the Last Days. In Daniel Chapter 11:31 we see that the taking away of the daily sacrifice is foretold and they refer to the placing of the abomination that makes desolate.

Christ refers to this text in Matthew 24:15. The daily sacrifice was taken away in 70 CE when the Roman armies were surrounding Jerusalem. From this time the text refers to those that deal lawlessly with the covenant.

“And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries but the people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits. And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame and by captivity, and by spoil many days” (Dan. 11:32-33).

This text refers to the fact that the Romans would take Jerusalem and the Sacrifice would cease and then the Romans would in time establish a faith that was not based on laws but on convenience and false teachings that corrupt the covenant of God. The true faith would be kept alive among the people under intense persecution from the official ruling system for a long period of time or many days.

Daniel says that when they shall fall they shall be helped with a little help. In other words, they will be comforted by the Holy Spirit through the persecution. “But many shall cleave to them with flatteries” is a text that shows the extent of the false religious systems that use the texts of the faith for their own ends.

The persecution is allowed to continue until the time of the end. Some of the elect of understanding as leaders will be allowed to fall to try them, and to purge them, and to make them white (Dan. 11:35).

There is a time appointed for the end of these things. That time is now approaching and will occur very soon. We are now in the Last Days approaching the time of the end.

“And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every God and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods and shall prosper until the indignation be accomplished: for that that shall be determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any Eloah: for he shall magnify himself above all. But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces; and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold and silver, and with precious stones and pleasant things. Thus shall he do in the most strongholds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and shall cause them to rule over many and shall divide the land for gain” (Dan. 11:36-39).

This system that was set up in and by Rome lasts for almost seventeen hundred years under a Godhead invented in 381 at the Council of Constantinople. The lands and its people were divided and ruled under persecution for centuries. It preaches against the Laws of God and effectively changes times and the law, destroying the sacred calendar and persecuting those who try to keep it.

The strange god is expanded in the Last Days to embrace the fourth element of Mariolatry.

The problem comes to a head in the Last Days and the last King of the North will be the effective Antichrist. The King of the South is the system that controls Egypt. The King of the North is the European system with its religious system of the Last Days.

He (that is the rulers of the northern system in the Last Days) will enter the Holy Land but shall not occupy Jordan. He will take control of Egypt in the conflict and control the oil resources of Libya and Ethiopia.

Daniel 11:44-45 says: “But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly make away many. And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end and none shall help him.”

From the text in Ezekiel 38 we know that the hordes of Gomer and of Rosh Meshech and Tubal are involved, with others.

Thus combining the two texts, we see that the European Union will occupy the Middle East and control the wealth of Libya and Ethiopia, which is oil. They will do that under a military alliance that will be effectively controlled by a demonically inspired leader, who is effectively the antichrist. The religious system that arises with it will be that of the False Prophet.

In the text we see that the news that disturbs this blasphemous leader is “out of the east and out of the north.” Thus we might assume that we are dealing with the northeast but the wording has the effect of making the news first come from the East and then from the North and that indicates an alliance of these nations from Russia to the east.

The war develops from the North through into Russia all the way to China and the Kings of the East.

Daniel says that at that time Michael shall stand for us and that time is the time of the end. The war will be the most horrendous ever seen. At that time the elect shall be delivered; everyone that is written in the Book of Life of the Lord; every one of these will be resurrected (Dan. 12:1).

At that time the wise of the faith, they that make wise, will turn many to righteousness and shall stand for the faith in brilliance (Dan. 12:3). These are they of Daniel 11:33,35.

This understanding was shut until the time of the end and many run to and fro and knowledge shall be increased (Dan.12:4).

The time mentioned here is for a time, times and a half a time. This is the same structure as we see in the Witnesses at the time of the end. At this time the power of the Holy People is scattered then all these things shall be finished (Dan. 12:7-9).

Even Daniel was not allowed to understand the things he was shown for it is sealed until this time of the end and we are given to understand the events involved.

Over this period many shall be purified and made white and tried, but the wicked shall do wickedly and none of the wicked will understand.

In Daniel 12:11-13 we see that there is a time frame given that does not make sense when viewed from the events of 70/71 CE.

“And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away and the abomination that makes desolate is set up there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waits and comes to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.”

And God said to Daniel: “But go your way til the end be; for you shall rest, and stand in your lot at the end of days.”

This can only be referring to the time of the end and not that of 70 CE. The Jubilee was in 77 CE. 100 time cycles later we get to 1977 and the last Jubilee of Satan’s rule commences in 1978 and ends on 2027 with the declaration of the Jubilee and end of the six thousand years of Satan’s dominion over this earth. The time will be cut short because of this war and its devastation.

This period of the prophecy is one month longer than the 1260 days of the time times and half a time.

At the end of the period there is another 45 days or one and a half months. We would thus expect to see the overcoming of the saints as a formal system, perhaps up to two and one half months before the Witnesses take up their duties, and the abomination that makes desolate set up in Jerusalem in the Holy Place some 45 days from the end of the Witnesses and the Resurrection of the Dead at the coming of the Messiah.

In this time Christ returns. He kills this leader at his coming and then brings all the systems of the North and the East down to Megiddo to be destroyed. This is the battle of Armageddon in Revelation 16:16. It also reflects the battle fought by Josiah against Pharaoh Necho in Megiddo at the time of the rise of the Babylonians at the battle of Carchemish (see also 2Chr. 35:22ff.). God was dealing with the matter then and told Judah, out of the mouth of Necho, to stay out of it but Josiah would not listen and its leaders were destroyed. At this time He will restore Judah under Christ.

After that event the war will continue to escalate until the planet is almost entirely destroyed. Yet they will not repent.

The sequence is described in the papers The Seven Seals (No. 140) and The Seven Trumpets (No. 141).

The sequence of the Wars is also explained in the Commentary on Daniel (F027i,ii,iii, iv, v, vi, vii, viii, ix, x, xi, xii, xiii) and also Commentary on Revelation (F066i,ii,iii.iv,v).

We will take our place at the end of days and God will protect and defend us all.
